Vendor space is limited and sold on a first come first serve basis, so act quick to guarantee you have space for this year’s event. Some booth space locations offer electricity while others don’t, so if you need it, please let us know during registration not day of event.

During the registration process, please describe your products and what your booth setup will consist of. This helps us to plan the vendor layout and ensure your products fit our event.

Be a vendor at the largest balloon festival in East Tennessee for as little as $100!

Craft Vendors: $100 for a 10×10 booth space

Corporate/Brand Vendors: $1000 for a 10×10 booth space

Additional 10×10 spaces can be added for a fee.

All food vendors must contact Mike Wilson with Wilson Food Services for approval prior to applying to be a vendor.
